Shipping + Returns
If this is a custom item that is hand-made just for you, please allow 2-3 weeks for the delivery of your item. You will receive email notification when your order has been sent. If you do not receive your order within 10 days of email notification of shipment, please contact Jolene Dusyk by email at email@example.com. Due to handcrafted processes to create your fabulous piece, all of the items are unique; therefore, the item you receive may have slight variations in shape, size or color from the sample pictured on our website.
If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return the item for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date the order is placed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be in the same condition as when it was received from us. Design flaws will be repaired up to 90 days from original purchase. Repairs from regular wear and tear are welcome for minimal charge and shipping costs.
